PROCESSING TIME:

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

If you need help with your order, please contact us immediately at info@mystery-knife.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by you.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and the shipping warehouse.

DELIVERY TIME:

The average delivery time is 2 to 3 business days within France.

If the item is only available for pre-order, the delivery time applies only after the end date of the pre-order period.

In case of a delivery delay, Mystery knife cannot be held responsible.
